Welcome to winbd apps. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the winbd apps platform — casino games, sports betting, live casino and other features. By agreeing to these Terms you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

1 General Rules and Applicability

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

winbd apps is intended primarily for users in Bangladesh. Creating an account or using the service from a region where such services are legally prohibited is not permitted. It is your own responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your region.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 One Account Only

Only one account is permitted per person, household or IP address. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is a clear violation of winbd apps rules.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in verification failure and account suspension. If any of your details change, notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, or at any time at winbd apps's discretion. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, as well as proof of ownership of your payment method.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your username and password strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on winbd apps must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and this applies to all methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and must always go to the account holder's own method. Under normal conditions withdrawals are completed within 5–30 minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Conditions

winbd apps reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until the account has been fully verified. Withdrawals may be paused while an investigation into fraud or suspicious activity is ongoing. Wagering requirements for any bonus-derived funds must be met before those funds can be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. This bonus can only be received once and a 10× wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. If you attempt to withdraw bonus balance before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

For example: if you deposit ৳16,200, a ৳8,000 bonus is added, giving a total balance of ৳24,200. To withdraw the bonus, ৳8,000 × 10 = ৳80,000 in wagering is required.

4.2 Weekly and Regular Bonuses

winbd apps runs promotional offers from time to time, such as the weekly winbd apps reward (once per week, 20% bonus up to ৳5,000, 15× wagering) and the winbd apps Slot Festival (once per day, 50% bonus up to ৳8,000, 20× wagering). Each bonus has its own terms and wagering guidelines.

4.3 Special Bonuses

As a birthday gift, a reward of up to ৳1,500 may be available on your registered date of birth (10× wagering). Your account must be verified to claim this reward and it can only be claimed once. With the Refer a Friend bonus, you can earn up to ৳2,000 for referring a new member who then makes a deposit (12× wagering).

4.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts, false identities or any other method will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account may be permanently closed. winbd apps's decision is final.

5 Game and Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

These rules apply when using all casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services available on the winbd apps platform. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer operations and are independently verifiable.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Higher betting limits may be available depending on your VIP level.

5.3 Right to Cancel Bets

A bet may be cancelled due to a technical fault, network issue or data discrepancy. In such cases the original stake will be returned to the account.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if there is a significant change from the scheduled match start time, bets may be reassessed. For cricket markets, BPL, IPL or T20 matches, the official result of the relevant tournament is final.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

6.1 VIP Levels

winbd apps has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is paid on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. For example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

6.3 VIP Level Changes

Members may be promoted to a higher VIP level based on regular activity and usage. If activity drops over a given period, the level may change. winbd apps reserves the right to amend the VIP policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
• Any form of fraud, software manipulation or exploiting platform vulnerabilities
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses
• Using another person's account or operating an account in a third party's name
• Playing games using automated bots or software
• Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform
• Fraudulent conduct towards or harassment of other members

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 winbd apps's Discretionary Power

winbd apps reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason or no reason. Any valid balance will be returned where applicable.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Disruption

winbd apps will not be liable for temporary service disruptions caused by network issues, server maintenance, third-party software faults or other unavoidable circumstances. However, any bets or transactions in progress at the time will be settled fairly.

10.2 Gambling Risk

Gambling carries financial risk and participation on winbd apps is entirely voluntary and at the member's own risk. Responsibility for the decision to participate in any game or bet lies with the member.
